We provide laundry pickup, delivery, wash and fold, and drop-off laundry services in Brooklyn.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and schedule.
Customers are responsible for scheduling pickups through our website or by contacting us directly.
Laundry must be prepared in a bag (plastic, disposable, or laundry bag) and placed in the agreed location for pickup.
If laundry is not ready at the scheduled time, we may reschedule for the next available slot.
Standard turnaround time is next-day delivery unless same-day service is requested (additional charges may apply).
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
All charges are calculated based on weight (minimum 30 lbs per order for wash & fold).
Payment must be made at the time of order or upon delivery. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other accepted methods listed on our website.
We take the utmost care with your garments; however:
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color fading, or damage from defective fabrics, dyes, or accessories (buttons, zippers, etc.).
We are not responsible for items left in clothing (e.g., money, jewelry, pens, keys). Customers must check all pockets before handing over laundry.
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We offer standard, premium, Free & Clear, and eco-friendly detergent options.
Customers with sensitive skin or allergies must select the appropriate detergent option when placing an order.
Wash & Fold services require a minimum of 30 lbs per order. Orders below this minimum will still be charged at the 30 lb rate.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made after this period may incur a service fee.
Separate agreements and pricing may apply for commercial or bulk laundry services.
Our liability for any lost or damaged items shall not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge of the item (or maximum $100 per order).
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to provide our services.
Customer details will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
